I have used Aladdin for replacement windows in 2 homes over the years. I have always found the staff to be courteous and professional. This last time I called looking for replacement windows in my basement which were broken. Jerry came out and told me that he could save time and money just repairing the current window. He called his shop and had the window repaired that same afternoon AT NO CHARGE to me. What a wonderful surprise! Highly recommend!

Great awning products, great prices, and great service! I purchased a 24 foot wide Sunesta awning and love it. They also offer SunSetter. Aladdin was very helpful with information for selecting my options and triple checking the order for accuracy. Even though I installed the awning myself, they gave me detailed instructions and even came to the house for some adjustments I couldn’t figure out. I should add that there installation costs are very reasonable if you don’t want to do it yourself. Highly recommended

The sales people were very nice and the installation was timely. Railings look very nice but we did have an issue with how they were installed. ( we were not told the railings on our two step front porch would have a slight slant ) My husband and his friends thought that should be corrected but even though I think they are right, I let it go because it would be too much trouble to correct. The railings do look very nice and they are sturdy.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Aladdin for a Sunsetter awning they installed a while back and more recently installation of new white railings. On both occasions sales people were very knowledgeable and courteous. Installation was very professional and there was never any mess to clean up.. I’ve dealt with the chain stores on a couple of occasions and all I got were nightmares. Dealing with a local family run business is the way to go. I will use Aladdin again in the future and recommend them to everybody.

I would like to offer you my thanks and appreciation for your excellent service and quality work done today installing my door and awning at 58 Elihu Street in Hamden. I am fairly certain that reputable businesses like yours do not get this type of positive feedback that is deserves. So, please share my words of thanks to the three men who made up your crew today. They were on time, courteous, professional, neat and went above and beyond to do a good job. You and Barbara were wonderful to work with as well. I appreciate the timely communication leading up to the job today.

Let the guys know that we are happy with the new door and awning. It looks great, is functional and adds a nice touch touch to our home. I also appreciate the minor repair on our front door. The timing of this project could not have worked better. I have a painter coming on Thursday to do some work inside and now he can paint the new back door and trim while he is here. So, let your guys know that I also appreciate them taking off my alarm attachment on the new door so it can properly be painted. I should have alerted them to leave it off earlier but they were kind enough to make this adjustment just before leaving. After the door gets painted my alarm company will come on Friday to re-attach the door sensor and re-activate my alarm. My point here is that your guys are extremely cooperative and sensitive to the customer’s needs. In today’s world this is a pleasant change of pace. So, please share this feedback with them.
